Two Ladies

Just relaxing before bed.  First trip to the airport park today, so we both needed the rest!  D is well traveled already.

Family Amtrak

The Stouts and the Hedingers took an Amtrak trip today to Salisbury and ate at the greatest local sandwich and ice cream shoppe - Spanky's. 

It was a great trip.  D has already rode the Amtrak!  It was also her grandparents' first Amtrak trip.

Get Out of the House!

Take a family trip to the lake and bask in the glow of being hugely pregnant!  Have a glorious morning followed by your husband having to put air in your tires in a crazy downpour.  It was funny...for me and the kids.

Amtrak Quick Trip

We had a family lunch date on Monday - a quick train ride and lunch.  And our daughter turned 39 weeks...tick tock.

Walk It Out

I don't believe that ANYTHING makes a baby come before it is ready to, but that doesn't stop me from mall walking to try...

Train Station

We love having a busy train station in town!  The people working there LOVE when kids come to watch, and they always load us down with train stuff!

Dresser Transformation

There was this old nasty full of potential dresser in the attic of the house we used to live in when we were in IN. The owners said if we wanted to try to get it down, it was ours. I never pass up cute shaped free furniture. Finally, two years later it got its tender loving care; I don't normally like to paint furniture; Staining is classy and sleek, but this piece was a little too far gone for my abilities, as the veneer was almost completely gone.  So, paint it was...and some new drawer pulls.  Cute cute cute.

My Artists

Solomon asked me to draw a snail, then said, "My turn!", and drew the awesome snail below mine.  Then, Henry said, "My turn!", and drew the circular thing in the bottom left.  I was so proud of both of them!!

Airport Park

Solomon loved picking up Daddy and Henry from the airport on Tuesday.  I am not sure if he was more excited by seeing them or the planes...

Porch Art

Daddy left for a youth retreat today, and we are busy making porch art.  They love to draw suns and carousels!

Baby Girl is Coming This Month!

We are in high gear mode trying to get a bunch of home projects finished.  I have forgot to update...baby brain.  We watched a little church league softball the other night at the park, I got girlie and hung curtains with a pink bow, we visited airport park with a picnic lunch, and toured an awesome antique show and flee market.  I bought my dinner table bench!  It doesn't match our table in color but I am IN LOVE.
